The Struggle From Lockdown
Like many people during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, it wasn’t the best year for Carly Softley-Williams’ who found herself home schooling her 3 little boys and tackling the pressures of extended lockdown.
Unable to travel any further than 5kms from her home, any motivation to exercise in the comfort of her own abode and eat well had well and truly diminished.
But when 2021 came along, it turned a new leaf in Carly who suddenly switched her mindset and came to the conclusion that the new year was the reset she needed – with gyms reopening and the children back at school, it was finally time to get her health and fitness back on track.
