Vision Personal Training director and owner Jack Smith has personally owned the Southport studio for 5 years and the Bundall for 1 (with each, this year, having turned 10 and 11 years old respectively). As Australia’s largest PT studio business focusing on the ‘4 E Factors’ of Emotion, Education, Eating and Exercise, Vision Personal Training has worked for many years to improve the health and lifestyles of thousands of people.
Working in a one-on-one environment to help clients make a variety of lifestyle changes, the majority of the studio’s success has been in helping people make long term positive shifts, in turn affecting their overall health and happiness.
It was this reason that Vision Personal Training decided to invest in an Evolt 360 Body Composition Analyser recently – to be at the forefront of the industry.

Mr Smith said that before the Evolt 360 came along to his 2 studios, staff members used the old, inaccurate body fat scales.
“We’d always taken photos, measured performance, tracked food and taken physical measures,” he revealed.
“But our major advancement has been to accurately track body composition using the Evolt.
“There’s no comparison between our old body fat scales and these; being able to confidently work our macronutrient profiles based on accurate data has been a game changer.
“Seeing more than just scale changes (such as total body water, muscle mass and visceral fat) improved the data we can celebrate and measure with clients.”
